Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds apply only to seats that were invoiced and paid. Browsing this site, submitting a form, or holding an informal “maybe” date does not create a refundable purchase. Company Floor Cohorts are refunded according to the invoice and this page; internal reallocation of a chair inside the same cohort is not a refund.

Timeframe

Write to info@socket-cloudhub.digital at least 10 full days before the first taught evening (or before Ledger Pass materials are first sent) if you want a full refund. Requests arriving after that window are considered under partial rules below. Count Thailand calendar days, not your local weekend.

Full refund

Full refund of tuition paid, minus any non-refundable items listed here, if: you cancel 10 or more days before start; we cancel the run and cannot offer a date you accept within 8 weeks; or we materially change the syllabus (for example dropping critique week) without your written agreement.

Partial refund

If you cancel between 9 days and the first evening, we retain 30% of tuition for the reserved chair and refund the rest, unless we fill the seat from the wait list — in that case we refund 90%. After the first evening begins, refunds are discretionary and usually limited to unused later weeks minus materials already issued. Missing evenings without notice is not a refund event.

Non-refundable items

Bank transfer fees you initiated. Printed naming ledgers already produced for a Floor Cohort. Travel, hotels, and laptops. Third-party invigilation or venue hire booked at your request. VAT already remitted where Thai law does not allow reclaim on cancellation.

Refund process

Email info@socket-cloudhub.digital with the invoice number, seat name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two working days and decide within 10 working days. You may also call 02 223-5463. Processing time and method

Approved refunds travel by the same method you paid (Thai bank transfer or the international rail we received), within 15 working days after approval. We do not refund onto unrelated cards or e-wallets. Currency conversion differences are yours. We do not offer store credit instead of money unless you ask for it in writing.

Cancellation by the studio

If illness, venue failure, or under-enrolment stops a run, you choose a later date or a full refund of tuition paid. We are not responsible for your flights. If only the instructor changes and the syllabus holds, that is not an automatic refund; you may still write if the change is unacceptable.

Exceptions

Chargebacks opened without first writing to the desk may pause your alumni access until resolved. Fraudulent enrolments are not refundable. If PDPA or consumer law in Thailand grants you a stronger right, that right prevails over this page. Ledger Pass, once download links are sent, is treated as materials delivered; refunds after send are only for documented file failure we cannot repair.
